Quantity is the constraint
A parish church roof can run 8,000 square feet or more, and reclaimed material does not arrive in one lot at that scale. We aggregate across several salvage sources, hold the material as it comes in, and blend it so the roof reads as one field rather than three.
Phasing against a campaign
Most institutional roofs are funded in stages. We can hold a reserved lot against a phased release so that phase three matches phase one—which is the whole point, and the thing that goes wrong when material is bought piecemeal on the open market.
Procurement
We can work to a purchase order, provide W-9 and certificate of insurance, and quote delivered to a campus receiving dock with the lead time in writing. For public bids, ask us for the specification language before the documents go out.
