Crated and palletized
Slate is banded on edge in crates built for the weight; clay ships on edge with corner protection.

3–7 business days after order confirmation; most orders ship within 2–5.

You get tracking details and delivery instructions once the order is ready to ship.
Site access is the thing to plan
A pallet of slate weighs around 800–1,200 lb. Residential streets, soft ground, low branches and gated drives are the usual causes of a failed delivery. Tell us at the quote stage whether the truck can turn, whether you have a forklift or need a liftgate, and where you want it staged relative to the hoist.
Damage claims
Inspect crates on delivery and report shipping damage within 48 hours. If damage occurs we work with the freight carrier to file the claim and resolve it promptly.
