What you get from us
Product data per colour, ASTM C406 grading discussion, batch photography for submittals, physical samples and mock-up material. We will also read a draft roofing section and flag the clauses that would make a reclaimed material impossible to supply.
Where we fit in your schedule
Reclaimed inventory is finite, so the sequence matters. Talk to us at design development to confirm a colour is realistically available at your quantity; confirm again at CDs; and reserve stock at award. A colour that was on the ground in March may be gone by August.
Substitutions
Write the approval mechanism into the specification—batch photographs and a physical mock-up panel—rather than relying on a brand name. It is the only clause that reliably holds when a synthetic substitute is proposed at bid.
